• Organization and project records you enter (jobs, duties, RFIs, quantities, etc.)
• Billing metadata via our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic service logs needed to keep the product running and secure

Why we process it

To provide the service, secure accounts, bill subscriptions, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We use trusted partners for hosting, secure sign-in, storage, billing, and email notices (see the Security page). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Project data is retained while your organization is active and as required for legal or dispute purposes after closure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your rights
